This is how you need to submit trades that have been agreed to for commissioner approval.

One member of the trading partners needs to start a new thread that puts out the terms of the trade in the proper format.

Thread title: Should include which teams are involved in the trade:

Format:

Team 1 sends
(list players and draft picks here) one player or pick per line. Please include position as well as name of player

Team 2 sends
(list players and draft picks here) one player or pick per line. Please include position as well as name of player.

After that initial post the team that did not present the terms needs to reply that they agree to the terms.

Then a commissioner will review the trade and if it is appropriate will reply and approve the trade. The commissioner will then lock the thread as all things have been taken care of. If there is not approval the commissioner will explain why it was not approved.

Once the trade is approved by a commissioner the trade is BINDING. The trade WILL happen.
This means that you will have to adhere to league roster limits as well as the salary cap.

The following is an example of how this works in action.
